A good business coach helps business people – typically executives or senior teams – confront their issues, overcome their challenges, determine their objectives and reach them quicker and far more effectively than if they acted alone.
I work with individuals and/or groups to achieve real goals, and together we remove the barriers to success.

I specialise in Business Coaching, and that means helping businesspeople confront their most serious problems as well as helping them recognise potential opportunities. Because I’m not part of the company’s executive structure, I can offer a genuinely independent angle, and can ‘speak the unspeakable’ without fear of damaging my position. This also makes me an extremely useful confidential neutral sounding board e.g. for a Chief Executive, Managing Director, Board or Senior Management Team.

I have gained my own personal management experience over many years and at all levels, including operating as a Board Director within a large media group (Guardian Media), and also for Fish4 - one of the UK’s top online classified sites. I have identified significant new business opportunities, launched new products and helped them grow into successful businesses. Now I have launched my own company and I’d like to help you to achieve your goals.

My own personal passion is in developing the potential of the individual. This has led me to become firstly an NLP Practitioner, and then on to become a Master Practitioner. My skill lies in encouraging and developing peoples’ innate abilities, and showing them how to put them to positive use. We are all so much more than we realise.
